Introduction
Some sessions may include breathwork, sound instruments, crystal work or other energy-based practices.
These practices are generally safe and supportive for most people. However, certain health conditions may mean that elements of a session need to be adapted or may not be suitable.
If you are unsure whether a session is appropriate for you, please feel free to get in touch before booking.

Preparing for Your Session
To get the most from your session:
• wear comfortable clothing
• avoid eating heavy meals 1-2 hours before your session
• allow yourself some time afterwards to rest or reflect
• hydrating (drinking water) before and after your session is beneficial
Everyone’s experience is different, and sessions are always guided by what feels appropriate and supportive in the moment.
