A Journey of Embodied Wisdom

The concept of archetypes is nothing new. Carl Jung and other psychotherapists have explored them for decades, recognising them as deep, recurring patterns that shape human behaviour and experience.
There are both masculine and feminine archetypes, sharing similar themes but expressed through different language. Masculine archetypes tend to be more succinct and direct, while feminine archetypes flow with a softer, more intuitive expression. But let’s be clear—feminine doesn’t mean ‘women’, just as masculine doesn’t mean ‘men’. We all hold a balance of both energies, shifting between them as life demands.
My work focuses on the twelve feminine archetypes, though their qualities (and the crystals that support them) can be just as relevant for those exploring the masculine. Some traditions narrow these archetypes down to three—Maiden, Mother, and Crone—to reflect the cycles of life. But the full spectrum of twelve allows for a deeper, richer exploration of the energies we embody at different stages, in different ways.
You’ll likely recognise elements of yourself in several archetypes. Some will resonate deeply—feeling like second nature—while others may feel distant or unfamiliar. And that’s the beauty of this work. The more we explore, the more we see how these energies ebb and flow within us, shifting with time, experience, and intention.
This isn’t about rigid labels or fixed identities. It’s about recognising patterns, finding balance, and allowing yourself to embody the archetypes that serve you best in each moment.
In my upcoming Divine Feminine Archetypes Workshop, we’ll be diving into each of the twelve archetypes—exploring their light and shadow aspects, how they show up in our lives, and the crystal energies that can help us embody them with more awareness and intention.
